The Transitioning Member Hub has been developed for your employees transitioning between lines of business and plan types. This support is provided via a one-stop digital self-service hub behind sign-on at kp.org.
Upon entry to the Transitions Hub, employees will be able to see what’s staying the same and what’s different about their new plans.
