Sterling Administration introduced Simple HSA, which provides competitive pricing and 24/7 online access through their portal and app. It’s $3 per-member/per-month – cards included. Other Updates Effective October 1, 2018, the monthly minimum fee for FSAs and HRAs increased from $50 to $125. Groups that renew October 1 or later will be charged the new minimum. However, Sterling will honor rates for groups that renewed their October 1 plan at the old rate. Sterling’s Comprehensive POP is now called “Cafeteria Plan with Testing.” The set-up and annual fee increased from $350 to $399.
