Sterling Administration’s premium-only plan (POP) applications are now online. After August 15, 2018, Sterling will no longer accept paper applications for POP enrollment. No exceptions! This change is for POP enrollment only, and doesn't affect other lines of coverage. The Basic POP fee is now $99, and is good for 10 years. First, the employer needs to register with Sterling online.
