Sutter Health Plus members have access to Bedside Mobile—a new feature within My Health Online—to help manage an in-patient stay, or observation stay, when a member has been admitted to a Sutter hospital. Once admitted, a “Your Hospital Stay” menu item will automatically appear near the top of the My Health Online homepage.
Through Bedside Mobile, members or those a member assigns proxy access can view information about the treatment team staff, the reason for the hospital stay, and any scheduled medications or procedures. Lab results and educational materials are also available through Bedside Mobile. It’s one more way Sutter is innovating on the digital front and adding convenience for their members.
