To better align with the market, Sutter Health Plus no longer requires a reconciled DE-9C, current premium invoice, or two-week payroll cycle on groups with three (3) or more eligible employees.
The above information is required for Sole Proprietor or Partnerships of any group size as well as groups with 1-2 employees.
