Sutter Health Plus has announced that your employer clients’ payment activity is now available to view and download through the Sutter Health Plus Broker Portal. This new portal enhancement is designed to improve your access to monitor your client’s activity and support them in managing their financial transactions. Transaction types available for viewing include premium invoices, payments, and billing adjustments. To view activity or check the status of a payment, log in to the broker portal and select View Premium Activity from the Premium Billing section. Payment activity and status will display for employer groups who have previously made at least one payment.
