Sutter Health Plus is diligently processing a large volume of new and renewing enrollments for plans effective Jan. 1, 2024. While they strive to process eligibility files and manual enrollments in a timely manner, they are experiencing some delays either due to data discrepancies or the volume of transactions to process.
For employer groups using an EDI vendor, please be assured the Sutter Health Plus Enrollment team is working closely with the vendors to clear any file discrepancies or make data corrections to successfully process enrollments.
