Sutter Health Plus is excited to announce that members ages 13 and older now have access to AbleTo — a new mental wellness hub for supporting emotional, behavioral and mental well-being via online or mobile app — at no extra cost through U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC), a subsidiary of Optum. With AbleTo, members can use tools and features like daily mood check-ins, personalized mental wellness articles and videos, mindfulness exercises, journaling and message boards for connecting with community. Members may also self-refer to an eight-week virtual therapy program with a USBHPC licensed therapist through AbleTo (cost sharing for the program depends on a member’s plan design).
