Sutter Health Plus Network Update
Effective January 1, 2021, the Sutter Health Plus network will no longer include:
- Brown & Toland Physicians – Primary care physicians (PCPs) in San Francisco and San Mateo counties
- Brown & Toland Physicians – East Bay – PCPs and specialists in Alameda and Contra Costa counties
Remaining Network Providers
The specialists under Brown & Toland Physicians in San Francisco County will remain in the Sutter Health Plus network. Members receiving care with these specialists will continue to have access to these physicians. The following grid provides an outline of the changes effective January 1, 2021.

Members and employers who need additional information or assistance in locating another provider in the Sutter Health Plus network can contact Sutter Health Plus Member Services at (855) 315-5800.
