Premium Bill Enhancements
To better serve their clients, Sutter Health Plus recently made updates and enhancements to the Premium Bill tool. These enhancements are designed to further streamline accessing and paying invoices online, and include:
- Small group tool now displays information about active subscribers and their dependents
- Non-sufficient funds now display on the Invoice Summary page
- Riders now display in their own dedicated columns
- Empty field and redundant columns no longer display resulting in a cleaner look
Premium Bills are available for your clients to view and download in the Employer Portal.
