Sutter Health Plus accepts premium payments online or by bill pay, check, automated clearing house, or wire. Options for conveniently making payments online now include:
Initial Premium Payment – New
New groups may submit an initial binder payment through the Sutter Health Plus Online Payment Center.
Monthly Premium Payment
Monthly premium payments may be made through the Employer Portal or the Member Portal and the Online Payment Center.
Sutter Health Plus does not directly accept cash or credit cards. For assistance with payments, please contact Sutter Health Plus Member Services at 855-315-5800, available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Learn more in the Premium Payment Options flyer and share with your clients.
