Sutter Health Plus is transitioning to a new P.O. Box for receipt of premium payments by U.S. Postal Service. Employers and IFP subscribers who wish to submit premium payments via mail should send them to:

After processing, premium payments are viewable on the Sutter Health Plus Broker Portal and on the Employer Portal. Please note this change does not affect broker commissions and there are no changes to payment processing. Payments may also be conveniently made through the Sutter Health Plus Online Payment Center. For payments by wire and automated clearing house, please include the appropriate Bank Account Number and Routing Number. Sutter Health Plus will notify employers and IFP subscribers about the new payment address this month and information about the transition will also be included on their next premium bill.
