Trustmark Employee Benefits has confirmed the following information for groups regarding the CAA Gag Clause Prohibition Attestation that must be completed by December 31 of each year:
Trustmark does not submit the prohibition attestation on behalf of its groups. However, Trustmark does provide email communications with instructions and web links, and they also post information on their web site. In addition, Trustmark provides a document attesting that there are no gag clauses in their contracts with networks or other vendors.
