UnitedHealthcare has released their state-specific Producer Performance Guides, which outline the 2025 commission levels for each line of coverage in the small group market during 2025. To access your state's guide, visit Forms & Benefits > Broker Materials > Appointment & Commission.
Each state (except New York) also has a new business and retention bonus opportunities for small group fully insured and level funded plans. All states have a new business and retention bonus opportunity for ancillary coverage! For details, see your state's specific Producer Performance Guide.
