Affordability & Simplicity
- $0 cost share for preferred short- and long-acting insulins, and preferred emergency use medications for in-the-moment critical care
- $0 copay for 24/7 virtual visits for non-HSA plans
- $0 kids copay for primary care visits for non-HSA plans
- Care Cash now embedded into all non-HSA medical plans
Provider Networks: Freedom Network has non-gated PPO plans; Liberty Network has gated HMO plans (Platinum plans are not gated). PCP/Specialist tier has been removed.
New Value Adds:
- Calm Health replacing AbleTo® effective January 1. This mental well-being digital application offers resources for sleep, meditation and mindfulness.
- Wellos Wellness app launches January 1. This engagement-driven health and wellness digital application is designed to help members begin, restart, and continue their health journey.
Level Funded Products
- Broad national pharmacy network, includes CVS and Walgreens
- $0 virtual visits on non-HSA plans only
- New MINERAL™ reporting services available for 2024 tax year (for IRS deadlines occurring in Q1 2025)
- Surest Level Funded plans are coming in Spring 2025.
Bundling Programs
- Activate the Savings program runs through January 2025: $50/dental subscriber, requires 10+ subscribers in dental and an additional specialty line
- Packaged Savings (2-99): specialty savings up to $7 per member per month for dental, vision, life, and disabliity
- uBundle for 51+ employers and now for 5-50 level funded groups as of January 1!
Carrier Exit Incentive: $250 implementation credit per employee on level funded plans, specialty benefit implementations when 2 or more specialty lines are sold
Producer Compensation: Commission on fully insured small groups with 3-50 employees will change to $37 per employee per month. Commissions on groups up to 2 employees remains at $5 per employee per month.
