Find Care and Get Medications
If a member needs help seeing a health care provider right now, there are options. They can use the UnitedHealthcare mobile app or website to find a network provider or to schedule a Virtual Visit1.
Need an early refill on a prescription? Just have the member call customer care at the number on their member ID card and tell the representative that they’ve been affected by a disaster.
Access Health Information Anywhere
Members can use their mobile device to download the UnitedHealthcare app. They'll get instant access to their health plan details. Use the app to:
- Access a member ID card
- Get prescription information
- Schedule a Virtual Visit with a healthcare provider1
- Arrange a callback from a UnitedHealthcare customer service advocate2
- Find network providers
- Access account information
- Additional out-of-pocket costs may be required for telemedicine services depending on the plan and any applicable state requirements.
- Most UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored plan participants have access to the callback feature.
