UnitedHealthcare SignatureValue Alliance HMO Benefit Plan is a health plan that offers access to physicians selected based on their ability to guide their patients to the care and resources that help promote better health outcomes and lower costs.
The Alliance HMO now delivers an expanded network in Orange County with the addition of three highly desired medical groups, providing more access in UnitedHealthcare’s very competitive Alliance HMO. New to the Alliance HMO network are:
- Memorial Care Medical Group
- Greater Newport Physicians: Long Beach, Orange Coast, and Saddleback
- Edinger Medical Group
The UnitedHealthcare Small Business Choice Simplified portfolio offers a unique buying experience. Employers can anchor with a base plan and allow employees to buy up to richer options (higher metallic tiers and larger networks).
Until the end of 2019 the Alliance HMO is available in Choice Simplified packages I and V.
Beginning January 1, 2020, employers can anchor with Harmony and allow buy up options to the Alliance or Signature HMO networks through the Choice Simplified package IV for network access to major Orange County medical groups.
