UnitedHealthcare released a rate change effective April 2020. All HMO and PPO plans will experience a slight increase while Navigate EPO plans received a rate pass. These rates will be available through June 2020.
There are no changes to benefits or underwriting guidelines at this time. The statewide average rate changes are:
