Overview of Rate Action:
- PPO: 0.8% statewide average
- Northern California: 1.5%
- Southern California: rate pass
- HMO: 1.1% statewide average
- Northern California: 1.1%
- Southern California: 1.1%
Portfolio Changes:
- There are no changes to plan designs or networks for Q2 2024.
Underwriting Promotions:
- UHC is continuing the Packaged Savings Bonus for employer credits. In addition, groups adding dental between now and January 31, 2024, can qualify for a 5% second year rate cap.
