Quarterly Rate Change:
- HMO: 1.8% Statewide
- PPO: 2.3% Statewide
- Navigate: Rate Pass
Quoting Availability: On or before January 1, 2025
Plan/Portfolio Changes: None
Network/Zip Code Updates: None
Underwriting Guidelines: Continue to use the version dated September 1, 2024.
