Overview of Rate Action:
- PPO: 2.3% statewide average
- Northern California: 2.3%
- Southern California: 2.3%
- HMO: 1.7% statewide average
- Northern California: 1.7%
- Southern California: 1.7%
Portfolio Changes:
- There are no changes to plan designs or networks for Q3 2024.
Underwriting Promotions:
- UHC is continuing the Packaged Savings Bonus for employer credits.
