UnitedHealthcare has issued a rate update for Q2 2023. There are no changes to plan designs or underwriting guidelines. Quoting is now available.
Statewide average change for the quarter shows a 2.8% increase on HMO plans and a rate pass for all other plans.
Harmony Expansion
The Harmony network has expanded in Northern California for Napa and Sonoma counties for small group. The Product & Benefit Selection form has been updated to include the county references.
