UnitedHealthcare has issued a rate update for Q3 2023. There are no changes to plan designs or underwriting guidelines. Quoting is now available.
Statewide average change for the quarter shows the following changes:
- PPO = Rate pass
- Full and Alliance HMO = 1.5%
- Harmony HMO = 3.0%
Harmony Expansion
The Harmony network has expanded in Northern California to include the remaining Marin county zip codes.
