UnitedHealthcare has released new rates for Q4 2020. Quoting is now available. The statewide average rate change is 1.0% for both HMO and PPO plans. Navigate plans received a rate pass.
In addition, UnitedHealthcare has changed how they calculate participation when an employer contributes 100% toward employee premium. Going forward they will now accept valid waivers even when contribution is 100%.
