Dental Rate Cap Extension
The Dental Rate Cap Program guarantees that new and existing groups enrolling in dental plans will have no more than a 5% increase at first the renewal. UnitedHealthcare is extending the Dental Rate Cap through March 2021 effective dates!
The Dental Rate Cap Program is available to small business groups with 2-100 eligible employees on all dental plans. This offer is not available to groups sitused in RI, WI, WA (2-50), and FL (2-50) as well as ACEC groups.
Specialty Bundling Program
The Specialty Bundling Program is available to groups offering voluntary or employer-sponsored coverage. Groups can get a substantial one-time administrative credit to their bill when adding 3 or more specialty lines.

Existing Business Specialty Rate Pass-Through January 2021
- Due to COVID-19, in-force UnitedHealthcare specialty groups get a rate pass through January 2021 effective dates:
- Applicable to groups 2-100 eligible lives
- Groups renewing now until January 2021 will renew at existing rates without an increase
- Products in scope: Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Supplemental Life, STD, and LTD
- Includes UnitedHealthcare and All Savers business
- State regulatory guidelines may apply
