UnitedHealthcare/Oxford has announced an updated pricing list for HealthiestYou services, effective January 1, 2025. These prices apply to members who are on level funded, HSA-qualified plans only. HealthiestYou services remain free for members on non-HSA qualified plans.
- General Medicine: $54
- Dermatology: $85
- Mental Health Care (Therapy): $95
- Mental Health Care (Psychiatrist Intake w/Medication Capabilities): $235
- Mental Health Care (Psychiatrist Subsequent Visits w/Medication Capabilities): $105
HealthiestYou charges will track toward members' annual deductible and out-of-pocket charges.
Communications will be sent according to the following schedule:
- Monday, December 16: all brokers with an active level funded group, including any 2025 group that is already installed
- Wednesday, December 18: employers with active level funded plans
- Friday, December 20: all UHC subscribers will receive a communication indicating that dependents not on the plan will no longer be able to receive services
- Friday, December 20 (tentative): HSA plan members who have utilized HealthiestYou at any time since January 1, 2024. This communication will include the pricing information.
