The CoPower product line up is stronger than ever with the addition of the VSP® EasyOptions vision plan. Small groups now get the amazing flexibility that was once offered only to big businesses. It’s available for quoting through HealthConnect (EasyOptions 5) for a March 1, 2020 effective date.
Employees and their dependents can choose one covered upgrade after getting a prescription during a VSP network doctor visit:
- Option 1: $250 frame allowance
- Option 2: Light-reactive lenses
- Option 3: Anti-glare coating
- Option 4: Progressive lenses
- Option 5: $200 Contact lens allowance
