2024 HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Health Care

HHS released the 2024 Privacy Rule providing further restrictions on disclosures of protected health information (PHI) related to reproductive health care. The new rule goes into effect at the end of 2024 and will require updates to HIPAA policies and procedures and a new attestation process for when a request for PHI potentially related to reproductive health care is received. In addition, updates to the Notice of Privacy Practices is required by early 2026. This webinar will discuss these requirements.
