Western Health Advantage (WHA) is announcing a slight overall rate decrease, with some regions receiving an increase and others a rate pass. Quoting is available through March 31, 2019.
WHA is keeping it simple. There are no underwriting changes for 2019. There are no new or terminated plans. A few plans do have benefit changes.
When it comes to popularity, WHA’s Gateway plans and Platinum and Gold tiers are at the top of the list. Also, they offer a Gold HSA. WHA is easy to write alongside another carrier with just 2 enrolled.
