Western Health Advantage (WHA) has a new logo and new ID cards. Members will receive new ID cards for 2023, which will be mailed in December to all WHA members.
The new cards will confirm the medical group of the member’s PCP and the plan’s deductible and out-of-pocket maximum amounts. On the backside, the cards will be updated with Optum’s NurseLine and Behavioral Health phone numbers.
