Full Integration with HealthEquity for ease of HSA administration on behalf of our employers and members:
- One source for eligibility – we send the enrollment over to HealthEquity, who manages the Customer Identification Process, creates the individual accounts, and sends debit cards to members.
- Integrated claims – we send claims data directly to the member’s HSA, allowing them to view their funds, review claims, and pay our providers – all from their HealthEquity member portal. As an added bonus, these claims create an archive of medical expenses.
HSA administration with no monthly fee. WHA members enrolled in one of our HDHPs with HealthEquity and choose paperless billing, will have no monthly service fees – compliments of WHA!

WHA’s easy-to-use Online Accumulator helps members track their claims and see which services applied to their deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum. WHA’s Accumulator provides a running total of all out-of-pocket expenses reported to WHA by each medical group, pharmacy or other provider.
