Final IRS Form 720 Posted on the IRS Website

A few weeks ago, we published an article updating the PCORI Fee information with the ‘draft’ IRS FORM 720.  This article also explained the detailed specifics of this reporting requirement.  Please refer to this article for the detailed information.

Since then, the IRS has posted the final Form 720 that will be used to report PCORI Fees by July 31, 2024.
