Great news! The IRS has extended the deadline for employers to distribute their 1095 tax forms to employees to March 2, 2020. In response, PrimePay has extended some key deadlines for new and existing ACA Compliance Navigator clients:
- December 31, 2019: Last day for new client sign-ups
- January 24, 2020: Last day for current ACA clients to have setups completed to guarantee that PrimePay will provide fulfillment of their 1095 Forms (print & mail to the employer)
- February 6, 2020: Last day for current clients to click the Print/Mail button in ACA Navigator
- Week of February 17, 2020: Clients should start receiving 1095 forms by e-mail
- March 2, 2020: IRS deadline for forms to be postmarked to employees from the employer
- March 27, 2020: Last day to press the e-file button to guarantee meeting the March 31, 2020 IRS deadline to file 1095 forms electronically
