As Principal continues to look for ways to bring value to brokers with inforce clients, a new webpage, dedicated to the renewal process, has been developed. Inforce clients that have cases renewing will receive an email when they’re approaching the renewal date. Principal will send an email 120 days prior to the case renewing (180 days for larger cases, starting in 2022).
This month, clients with cases renewing in December 2021 and January 2022 (excluding those with a recent rate guarantee) will received a renewal email Friday, Sept. 17. The webpage includes information about:
- Things to think about before annual renewal
- Free or discounted services for employees
- Other Principal group benefits to help round out benefits packages
