San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance - Annual Report due May 2, 2025

San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance 

The San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO) requires most San Francisco employers to spend a minimum amount on health care for employees working in San Francisco and to report on such expenditures to the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE) annually. 

The annual report form is now available and is due May 2, 2025.
