UnitedHealthcare rates for Q4 2021 are now available. All plans received a rate pass, with the current Q3 rates extended through end of the year.
Remember that UnitedHealthcare now allows employers to offer all plans and networks, with no restrictions, as part of their Choice Simplified offering!
