As your Regional Sales Associate, I bring nearly eight years of experience and know-how to the position. Before I joined Amwins Connect in 2022, I spent nearly six years as a health and benefits broker at ADPIA. Over the course of my career, I have been able to hone the skills and qualities needed to best serve brokers in the health insurance space, including leadership, dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to finding the best solution. I’ve also learned that this industry is complex and in a constant state of change, requiring an ability to stay creative and innovative when meeting the challenges my clients face.
The opportunity to combine my passion for helping others with my desire to constantly learn and evolve is exactly what drew me to group benefits in the first place. I am also dedicated to building and nurturing relationships because I see them as being the heart and soul of this industry. To effectively accomplish that, I give every interaction my full attention and listen intently while always maintaining empathy and compassion for my broker partners, their groups, and the members. My goal is to ensure that every interaction is a meaningful opportunity to connect while building and strengthening these long-term relationships.
