MEC Plans - A Solution That Protects Your Clients From ACA Penalties

With LISI’s solution, your clients can offer affordable health care benefits and be protected from potentially costly ACA penalties. For about $50 per employee, per month, employers can purchase coverage that meets all employer obligations under the ACA.

With this solution, the employer offers two plans:

1. A Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health plan that provides a 100% benefit for all preventive services and meets the ACA’s Pay or Play requirement
2. A Minimum Value Plan (MVP) that meets the ACA’s Qualified Plan requirement.
